On-Crete’s Colour Powder Tint’s are 100% pure pigment oxides which are lightfast UV stable.  Overcrete Resurfacing Compound’s are available in 3 different base colours (Ivory, White & Grey Base).  The result of one colour of On-Crete’s Colour Powder Tint’s produces different results when mixed into the different colour bases (Overcrete Resurfacing Compound).
